For our European Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for an IT professional as:

Specialist (f/m/d) for Quality Engineering Dynamic Services and VoC

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the quality of navigation system software for Genesis, Hyundai, and Kia by implementing customer quality requirements across Europe. The role involves close collaboration with our Korean headquarters as well as internal and external partners. Key tasks include performing quality testing and managing the overall navigation software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Communication between content provider and HQ.
Creating test cases and test scenarios.
Finding bugs and uploading the issue into the issue tracking system.
Preparing quality monitoring / validation plans and making quality reports
Handling navigation related VOCs from European Market and Russia
Managing external testing companies in case of outsourcing projects
Participation in the official quality events (Auditing and the yearly regular updates)

Requirements

4–5 years of experience in a similar role
Understanding of electronics and vehicle network systems
Ability to troubleshoot navigation issues
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a multi-functional setting
Driving license in Germany and Europe
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

Nice to have

Additional language Korean or German
Microsoft office, JIRA system skills
