Specialist for the Classification of Dangerous Goods (d/f/m)

About this position

What you'll do

• Classification of finished products, semi-finished products and, where applicable, raw materials in accordance with dangerous goods regulations for all modes of transport globally (ADR / RID / IMDG / 49 CFR / TDG) across all business units of the Henkel Group
• Risk assessment for the transport of chemical goods (classification based on the actual substance and interpretation of regulations at material level) in accordance with international dangerous goods legislation (worldwide)
• Assessment of storage requirements in accordance with TRGS 510 (storage classes)
• Advising internal customers worldwide on all dangerous goods-related topics based on the risk assessment, including technical implementation in SAP
• Supporting the Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor in advisory, training and monitoring activities, particularly in chemical and technical matters
