We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, operating with WMS & ERP systems, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound operations, and upholding a clean and safe warehouse environment. You will collaborate with teams to implement best practices, support training programs, and contribute to talent development. Success in this role requires endurance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• You serve as the go‑to expert for system topics offering in‑depth knowledge and recommendations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to WMS, ERP systems and tools in the warehouse.
• Guide new hires through orientation, safety training, and job‑specific instructions to ensure a smooth onboarding as well as retraining.
• Develop training materials, documentation, and guidelines to enhance organizational expertise.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately.
• Identify and report any inventory discrepancies, investigate stock variances and perform reconciliation discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and standards and best practices are followed.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement training solutions together with warehouse management to optimise warehouse operations.
• Responsibility to ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organised, and safe by following safety protocols and company policies.

• Experience with monitoring interface and system flows

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles
• Preferable experience with ERP and warehouse management systems
