About ChristianaCare HomeHealth

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full or Part Time Speech Language Pathologist. The successful candidate will support southern Delaware, Kent County focusing in and around Smyrna and Dover, DE; and will work day shift hours, and 2 holidays a year as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer clinical procedures for analyzing and evaluating speech and language, cognitive communication disorders and dysphagia problems.
• Train patients and caregivers in appropriate techniques in speech, language and swallowing.

Requirements

• Requires 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Appropriate licensure for practice.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance is required.

Benefits and Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $35.39 - $56.63. The pay rate shown represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual salary will depend on factors including skills, experience, and qualifications relevant to job requirements.

ChristianaCare benefits include retirement planning services, paid time off and other programs described by the employer. Tablet provision and the use of Matrix Care to document patient records are part of the role.
