Implementing sound credit risk practices across all companies in the KINTO Group based on global internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Overseeing the KINTO EU fleet credit process by reviewing credit applications through local PODs, with the goal of ensuring consistent quality standards
Ensuring adherence to responsible lending principles and related global guidelines, and providing clear terms and conditions for loan approval
Assessing key risk factors identified through report analysis and following up on all necessary corrective actions until resolution with the respective KINTO unit (KAIZEN)
Conducting ad hoc risk reviews at KINTO units and collaborating with KINTO units to implement all necessary measures
Exchanging insights and advising KINTO units on improving the standardization of credit processes and governance
Mentoring and coaching the CROs and credit analysts of the KINTO units
Your profile
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, risk management, business informatics, or a related field
Extensive experience in credit underwriting for automotive fleets in an international environment
Extensive experience with motor finance products in retail and corporate banking, as well as the associated risks
Solid experience in credit risk reporting to senior management
Extensive experience with risk management tools and methods (e.g., retail scoring, corporate rating methodology)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and IFRS
Excellent Excel skills and basic knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools
Fluent in spoken and written English and German
