Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop, plan and organize low-threshold modular movement offerings tailored to individual needs – from ball gymnastics to coordination training.
• Engage, activate and motivate clients to participate in programs, facilitating their long‑term integration into movement-oriented social spaces such as sports clubs and adult‑education institutions.
• Regularly evaluate project success through measurements and surveys, adjust programs as needed, and ensure sustainable embedding of insights.
• Build contacts with external partners such as sports clubs and foster collaboration with movement-associated institutions to secure long-term resources for clients and expand the network.

Ihr Profil

• Has a degree or training in sports sciences, physiotherapy or a comparable background and ideally experience with psychiatric social target groups.
• Enjoys sport and activity and can share enthusiasm – also with people with limited physical or mental resources.
• Is familiar with designing, coaching, and carrying out functional tests and performance diagnostics.
• Adapts creatively to varying and fluctuating performance levels.
• Shows empathy and patience to motivate even hard‑to‑reach target groups, creating a trusting environment.
• Excellent at program coordination, involving teams, and working with external partners.

Wichtig zu wissen

20 hours per week are planned for the "Movement and Psyche" project in the inclusion help area. The goal is to strengthen the physical and mental health of clients through individually adapted movement offerings. In the medical care and rehabilitation area, an additional 18.5 hours per week can be provided at our rehabilitation clinic (RPK Hamburg). These are permanent, whereas the 20 project hours are currently limited until the end of 2028.
