Overview

Workload: 100% / Full-time. For our client in the telecommunications industry, we are currently looking for two Sprinklr Solution Consultants (m/f/d).

Project details: - (with option to extend). Location: 100% remote. Project language: English. Note: Candidates from within the EU are welcome.

Project Description

As part of the customer's transformation program, the consultant supports the design, implementation, and rollout of Sprinklr solutions across various national companies. The project involves integrating Sprinklr with communication channels and backend systems, guiding testing and migration phases, and ensuring smooth operational readiness. Specific activities are continuously aligned with the customer throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to functional specifications and solution design for Sprinklr
• Support integration with channels and backend systems (CRM, voice routing, omni‑channel, support systems)
• Recommend and configure optimal Sprinklr setups; create reusable templates
• Plan and support functional and integrated testing
• Assist in migration, rollout, and go‑live of CX services
• Contribute to defining operational support processes
• Analyze workflows and provide recommendations to optimize Sprinklr usage
• Note: An integration into the team is not planned. Tasks are completed independently and in defined work packages

Skills & Requirements

• Strong experience with Sprinklr implementations (CCaaS / CX)
• Knowledge of system integrations (CRM, voice, omni‑channel, support systems)
• Experience in testing, migration, and go‑live support
• Ability to create functional specifications and solution designs
• Experience delivering user training and defining processes
• Strong analytical skills for workflow and platform optimization
