Sr. Manager Business Development & Strategic Partnerships

Predict42 , the AI-first SaaS company behind the MIGO Feedback Hub , is scaling up. We help major enterprise clients turn scattered feedback of all types into actionable knowledge. To support our continued growth, we are restructuring our product organization and expanding our Go-to-Market (GTM) Tribe .

We are looking for a tech-savvy and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of our Strategic Partnerships . While our Product Tribes build the AI engine, you will build the bridges that allow MIGO to integrate into new industries and geographies through strategic alliances.

You will work directly with our CSO and external partners to identify new "Ecosystem-Cases" and revenue streams. You act as the critical link between our internal innovation and the external world of multipliers, ensuring that our partnerships are built on solid technical standards and deliver long-term mutual value.

The Role & Context

You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for partnership strategy and pipeline alignment. You will collaborate with the Product Owners of the Platform and Innovation teams to ensure that our partner integrations are technically feasible and strategically sound. Your focus will be on diversifying our reach through indirect channels and cloud-ecosystem players.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management : Identify, secure, and manage strategic alliances with cloud providers, IT consultants, and enterprise software vendors.
  • Vertical Discovery : Conduct market discovery for new verticals (e.g., Non-Food Retail, Logistics, or Finance), leveraging our proven success in the retail sector.
  • Ecosystem Growth : Drive MIGO’s presence in partner marketplaces, positioning the platform as a sovereign, "AI-First" solution for mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Stakeholder Relations : Navigate complex corporate hierarchies to build trust with C-level sponsors and strategic decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Technical Depth : You are comfortable discussing API structures, data models, and "Sovereign AI" requirements with technical partners.
  • Relationship Focus : High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage long-term, high-value corporate relationships.
  • Language : Native/Fluent German and English are required for our international partnership goals.
  • Strategic Impact : Influence our expansion into new markets and industries from day one.
  • Growth Environment : Work alongside senior engineering and product leaders in a maturing startup.
  • Equity : Participation in our success via Virtual Stock Options (VSOP) .
