The Sr. Manager, Leadership and Organizational Capability will build the leadership bench strength and organizational capabilities Alimentiv requires as we scale. Reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture, this role owns the organizational capability layer above functional and regulated training, turning talent review and succession planning insights into real development action.
You will design and deliver leadership programs that prepare our next generation of leaders, build organizational capabilities — from communication and AI fluency to cross‑functional collaboration — that directly affect performance and client outcomes, and lead a small team of learning professionals. You will also represent People and Culture on the Organizational Training Council, bringing an organizational capability lens to governance discussions and organizational learning investments.
