Sr. Solutions and Services Specialist - Sustainability m/f/d

We are seeking a proactive and growth‑focused Senior Sales Executive to drive Lenovo's ambitious growth in Sustainability services for our commercial business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities, focusing on asset recovery services across infrastructure and client devices, as well as Lenovo Recertified Refurbished Devices for commercial customers.
  • Prioritize acquisition deals and structure deals that align with long‑term objectives for both clients and Lenovo.
  • Streamline the sales process from both the client and internal sales perspective to close deals quickly while maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Transition seamlessly to the next strategic opportunity after deal closure.
  • Develop and execute a strategic approach for lead generation and prospect engagement within target customer organizations.
  • Leverage strong prospecting skills to identify and initiate contact with potential clients, using a persuasive approach to close deals effectively.
  • Operate as a Sustainability domain specialist, collaborating with the front‑end sales team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, influence, and shape opinions while establishing credibility throughout the organization, inspiring and motivating colleagues to outperform against targets.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of direct selling experience selling sustainability solutions, including asset recovery and refurbished IT solutions.
  • Experience with large and complex deals in Sustainability services, selling to large enterprise customers ($billion+ revenues) and leading diverse deal‑support teams.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales of IT disposition services.
  • Strong understanding of commercial customers' sustainability goals.
  • Influential executive‑presence leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations.
  • High level of business financial acumen and proven experience succeeding in a fast‑paced environment.
