Your STADA+ Business Case

You will support the implementation of an optimized negotiations process within STADA Procurement and External Supply Operations, with the goal of unlocking significant cost‑saving potential and driving data‑driven decision‑making.

Case Owner: Ivana Pejovic, Director External Partner Management

Your focus will be on:

• Data analysis: Screening the complete portfolio of STADA's markets, detecting overlapping areas, and setting targets.
• Stakeholder engagement: Supporting alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new negotiation solutions.
• Implementation support: Collaborating with external stakeholders to ensure implementation of new negotiation solutions.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintaining detailed records of results and supplier interactions, providing regular updates to the project team.
• Training assistance: Preparing and delivering training materials and sessions for internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring results and helping further develop procurement processes.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an advanced stage of a Bachelor’s degree or in a Master’s program.
• Field of study: Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Pharmaceutical, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Interest in procurement, the pharmaceutical industry, and process optimization.
• Structured, solution-oriented, proactive ownership of tasks.
• Confident communication in English and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
