You Are:

You are a seasoned engineering professional with deep expertise in timing signoff, design closure, and advanced semiconductor technologies. Your background includes leading complex silicon chip projects, optimizing Power, Performance, and Area (PPA), and working collaboratively across teams to deliver innovative solutions. You’re passionate about enabling customer success, adept at diagnosing and resolving intricate issues, and have a talent for translating technical concepts for both engineering and management audiences. Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong scripting skills allow you to streamline workflows and drive faster design closure. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reviewing and analyzing customer and partner feedback to enhance product and solution performance.


• Collaborating with R&D to shape technical roadmaps, specifications, and validation processes for product improvements.


• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues on-site and remotely for customer installations.


• Deploying product best practices and delivering technical training to internal and external stakeholders.


• Supporting customer project execution using Synopsys STA, ECO, and design implementation solutions.


• Partnering with customer technical managers and Sales to identify business challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.


• Communicating product value and technical messaging at both engineering and management levels, including engaging product demos.

What You’ll Need:

• BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.


• 6-8 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.


• Hands-on expertise with Place & Route (P&R), extraction, Static Timing Analysis (STA), and Engineering Change Order (ECO) tools.


• In-depth understanding of timing and physical constraint methodologies, parasitic annotation, and timing analysis for IC designs.


• Experience with silicon chip project execution, physical design, timing closure, and optimizing PPA targets, especially on advanced technology nodes.


• Strong scripting skills in TCL, Perl, and other relevant languages.


• Comprehensive understanding of ASIC design flow, VLSI, and/or CAD engineering principles.
