Tasks

• Planning and control of personnel deployment
• Cooperative and motivating leadership of employees, as well as employee development
• Coordination, organization, control, and optimization of work processes
• Ensuring competent care and demand-oriented care for our patients
• Motivating collaboration with all professional groups involved in the care process for the benefit of our patients
• Joint development and implementation of innovative strategies in the leadership team

Requirements

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in acute geriatrics
• Desirable: degree / willingness to study in the field of nursing management
• Enthusiasm for designing and improving processes
• Collegial, cooperative behavior in the team and with other professional groups
• Enjoyment of working with people
