Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team.
  • Drive a positive team culture built on energy, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Train teammates on product knowledge, customer service, and operational standards.
  • Ensure every athlete receives a high-quality, engaging, and personalized service.
  • Guide teammates in identifying athlete needs and recommending the right gear.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain a premium in-store atmosphere aligned with brand standards.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs.
  • Motivate the team to execute key item pushes, conversion, and UPT strategies.
  • Analyze sales trends and help create action plans to improve results.
  • Ensure strong backroom organization, accurate stock levels, and effective replenishment.
  • Maintain visual standards, product placement, and store presentation guidelines.
  • Support team meetings, walkthroughs, and goal-setting sessions.
  • Lead the store independently during the Store Manager's absence.

Qualifications

3-5 years of retail leadership experience

  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teammates.
  • Excellent communication skills-clear, positive, and confident.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with passion for helping athletes find the right gear.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to brand standards and store presentation.
