We have five stores of our own in Cologne and are looking for you to join our store in the Agnesviertel as an experienced store manager.

YOUR TASKS

At LANIUS, you'll take on more than just managing a store—you'll become part of a vision. As a Store Manager, you'll be the face of our brand on-site and actively shape our customers' shopping experience.

• You inspire our customers with your sense of style, personality and sustainable fashion
• You strengthen our brand through excellent advice and build long-term customer relationships
• You will design our sales area according to the principles of visual merchandising and contribute creative ideas for events and sales promotions, which you will then successfully implement
• You will lead a small, motivated team, plan staff deployment and vacations, and take responsibility for the store's results
• You ensure smooth daily operations – from the cash register to goods receipt and maintenance, and always keep an eye on stock levels

YOUR PROFILE

Do you love fashion with attitude? Do you want to take on responsibility and are looking for a meaningful role in fashion retail? Then you might already have exactly what you need:

• Several years of experience as a manager in retail, ideally in the textile sector
• Customer service is more than just sales for you – you know how to inspire people and provide individual support
• You have an eye for detail, are creative and have a passion for visual merchandising
• Sustainability is not a trend for you, but an attitude – just like style awareness and quality standards
• You are empathetic, inspiring and know how to motivate and develop your team
• You work independently, think solution-oriented and are flexible when it matters
• Very good German skills complete your profile
