Key Responsibilities

• System Building: Participate in the "from 0 to 1" setup of European retail operations, including Sales SOP localisation, delivery standards, and after‑sales service workflows.
• Front‑line Execution: Work directly on the front line during the early stages to validate operational processes and provide feedback based on local market insights.
• Team Foundation: Lead the recruitment, training, and onboarding of the initial store team, instilling Xiaomi’s "Engineer Mindset" and "User‑centric" culture.

• Sales Excellence: Manage daily operations of Sales Stores, driving lead conversion and ensuring an premium "Human x Car x Home" experience for every visitor.
• Delivery Operations: Oversee the Delivery Center to ensure a professional, seamless, and celebratory vehicle handover process, maintaining top‑tier Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Service & After‑sales: Supervise the Service Center to ensure high‑quality repairs, efficient parts management, and rapid customer response.
• City‑wide Coordination (for City Managers): Synchronise business goals across sales, delivery and service functions within the city to optimise resource allocation and overall performance.

Who You Are

• Experienced Leader: 3+ years of experience in store management within the automotive industry (especially EV/Direct‑to‑Consumer models) or high‑end consumer electronics/luxury retail.
• Strategic Thinker: Possess strong logical reasoning and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex operational challenges with data‑driven solutions.
• Pioneer Spirit: Comfortable with the ambiguity of a startup environment; highly proactive, diligent, and capable of working within a rigorous corporate framework.
• Market Expert: Deep understanding of the local European automotive landscape, consumer behaviour and regulatory requirements.
• Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and the local language (e.g., German, French or Italian) of the assigned city.
