On behalf of our client – a globally renowned and trend-setting brand in the fashion/lifestyle industry – we are seeking an inspiring leader to take charge of their Hannover store .

Your Responsibilities

• Operational and strategic leadership of the store
• Leading, developing, and motivating your team
• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience and strong store performance
• Overseeing visual merchandising and stock management
• Full budget responsibility including cost and staff planning
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Representing the brand in an inspiring and authentic way on the shop floor

Your Profile

• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and iconic brands
• Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager – ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
• Hands‑on, well‑organized, and KPI‑driven
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools scheduling software, POS systems, MS Office)
• Driven, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about what you do
