This store will open soon at Frankfurt Airport Terminal 3 and working times will be shifts matching our opening times from 06:00-21:30.

Your responsibilities

• Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility
• Lead, recruit,and inspire the sales team
• Ensureworld-classcustomer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork
• Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPI's
• Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation, including unpacking, checking, packing and stock management
• We live multi-channel: Active support of ourcustomer:svia chat and videoconsultation

Your profile

• You bring several years of retail experience and inspire with passion and presence in sales
• You have already successfully managed a store or gallery team
• We do not require any previous knowledge in the art market, we are rather interested in your personality and your passion & curiosity
• You inspire both customers and colleagues with your positive manner and proactive way of working
• You see the support of our customers after the sale as a great opportunity for customer loyalty
• You have fluent English and German language skills
