The Role

This is an entry-level management role with real development potential. You’ll use your sales mindset, communication skills and leadership presence to support the team and elevate the overall store performance. You’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by:

• Helping drive sales and profitability
• Coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensuring the store is always customer-ready and aligned with brand visual merchandising standards
• Supporting operational excellence and ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• Understanding key KPIs and actively contributing to achieving store targets

What We’re Looking For

• Love working with people and lead by example with energy, enthusiasm and a hands-on mindset
• Create a positive, supportive and fun team environment
• Are comfortable taking responsibility, including opening and closing the store when needed
• Bring retail experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands
• Communicate confidently in German and English
• Are comfortable working with MS Office and POS systems
• Are flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required
