Mission

We are hiring a Strategic Finance Architect — a rare hybrid of investment banker, financial strategist, and systems thinker.

Your profile

This role sits at the core of our AI-native finance organisation, designing the financial architecture that powers company decisions: models, analytical frameworks, and strategic narratives that guide leadership, investors and our board.

You will help translate the dynamics of the AI and enterprise software landscape into clear financial logic and compelling strategic narratives.

This role is designed for exceptional investment banking associates who want to move from advising companies to building one.

What You Will Do

Strategic Financial Architecture

• Build and maintain the company’s integrated operating model across revenue, margins, and cash
• Develop driver-based models connecting product usage, GTM activity, and growth economics
• Design scenario frameworks supporting key decisions around growth, pricing, and investment
• Evolve financial models from static spreadsheets into automated financial intelligence

Investor & Board Storytelling

• Translate complex financial and market dynamics into clear strategic narratives
• Produce investor‑grade and board‑level materials with exceptional analytical clarity
• Help shape the company’s equity story and strategic positioning within the AI and software landscape

Strategic Analysis & Decision Support

• Partner with leadership on high‑impact strategic questions across product, growth, and capital allocation
• Analyse unit economics, pricing models, and scaling dynamics
• Support major initiatives including fundraising, partnerships, M&A and IPO

Financial Logic for AI‑Native Finance

• Translate financial models into structured logic that can be automated
• Work with finance data and automation engineers to embed models into real‑time finance systems

What You Bring

• 3–6 years in top‑tier investment banking (preferably technology), strategic finance, or high‑growth tech
• Exceptional financial modelling skills (three‑statement models, SaaS metrics, scenario analysis)
• Exposure to capital market experience
• Outstanding PowerPoint and storytelling ability — able to turn complex analysis into clear strategic narratives
• Strong strategic perspective on the technology and software landscape
• Structured thinker comfortable working on ambiguous, high‑impact strategic questions
• Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern finance systems
