Job Description:

Kenvue is currently recruiting for a dynamic leader who will shape, set and execute our Pharmacy Channel Vision and Strategy (Bricks and Mortar) for Germany in short and medium term. The successful candidate will deliver superior market growth for spike / focus brands and customers by setting and delivering financial acceleration forecast & targets, GP, cash flow via superior execution of best-in-class customer partnerships and Go-to-Market Agenda.

• The GTM agenda comprises Optimized Customer Segmentation, Right Store Selection, RGM Optimization, Technological Enablement,Customer/Shopper Excellence,and Professional Training.

This position reports to the Senior Sales Director.
