Das Private Bank Operating Model Team ist Teil des globalen Chief Operating Office der Privatbank. Unsere Aufgabe ist es, eine ganzheitliche Sicht auf das Operating Model der Privatbank sicherzustellen – über Kundenservice, Organisationsstruktur, operative Prozesse und technologische Infrastruktur hinweg – und dabei messbaren Mehrwert zu schaffen sowie strategische Transformationen im gesamten Geschäftsbereich zu unterstützen. Darüber hinaus verantwortet die Funktion die PB‑Mandate für:

• Governance und Überwachung des Enterprise Process Managements,
• strategische COO‑Initiativen zur Stärkung der operativen Exzellenz.

Position Overview

The Private Bank Operating Model team function sits within the global Private Bank Chief Operating Office. Our mission is to ensure a holistic view of the Private Bank’s operating model across client service, organizational structure, operations, and technology infrastructure delivering measurable value and supporting strategic transformation across the business. The function owns in addition the PB mandates for a) enterprise process management governance and oversight, b) process & service excellence and c) strategic COO initiatives to drive overall operational excellence.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie unterstützen die Konzeption und Umsetzung des Operating Models der Privatbank.
• Sie analysieren End‑to‑End‑Prozesse oder Organisationsstrukturen, um Schwachstellen, Kontrolllücken und Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren.
• Sie führen Impact‑Assessments durch, um die Kundenerfahrung zu verbessern, Automatisierung zu erhöhen sowie Kosten und Durchlaufzeiten zu reduzieren.
• Sie unterstützen Budgetanalysen und Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Kostentransparenz.
• Sie arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern aus Front Office, COO‑Bereich, Operations, IT und Kontrollfunktionen zusammen, um Verbesserungen im Operating Model abzustimmen.
• Sie moderieren Workshops, Anforderungsrunden und Prozessdurchläufe, um Informationen zu sammeln und Alignment sicherzustellen.
• Sie kommunizieren klar, strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht – sowohl mit technischen als auch mit nicht‑technischen Ansprechpartnern.

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Volkswirtschaft oder Informationssystemen.
• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung als Consultant, Business Analyst oder Change Practitioner, idealerweise im Privatkundengeschäft, Private Banking oder Wealth Management.
• Ausgeprägte Praxiserfahrung in strategischer COO‑Analyse, Modellierung und Dokumentation.
• Vorteilhaft: Kenntnisse über Systeme, Plattformen und Datenflüsse im Private Banking sowie über relevante regulatorische Themen (z.B. KYC/AML, MiFID II).
• Sicherer Umgang mit Business‑Analyse‑ und Prozessmodellierungs‑Tools.
• Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, detailorientiert und dennoch strategisch denkend.
• Klar strukturierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Sicherheit in der Leitung von Diskussionen mit technischen und nicht‑technischen Stakeholdern.
• Proaktive, kollaborative Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
• Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of the Private Bank Operating Model.
• Conduct end‑to‑end process analysis or org design to identify pain points, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform impact assessments to enhance client experience, increase automation, and reduce costs and processing times.
• Assist in assistant budget assessments and cost transparency initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, COO, Operations, IT, and control functions to align on operating model improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and process walkthroughs to gather input and drive alignment.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Information Systems.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst or Change Practitioner, preferably in personal banking, private banking or wealth management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with strategic COO analysis, modelling and documentation.
• Advantageous: familiarity with private‑banking systems, platforms and data flows, as well as key regulatory topics (e.g., KYC/AML, MiFID II).
• Proficiency in business analysis and process mapping tools.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
• Clear, structured communication skills and confidence in leading discussions with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to take initiative and accountability.
• Fluent in German and English.
