Join us as a Strategic Network Manager (f/m/d) and play a pivotal role in ensuring business continuity within our Large Gas Turbines Order Management organization. You will align global demand with manufacturing capacity, anticipate bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements that matter. Your expertise in capacity planning and supply chain management will help you manage complex global processes and make a tangible impact.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Align global demand forecasts with internal manufacturing capacity across the worldwide intercompany network.
  • Identify and implement long-term improvements to production processes and technology to strengthen intercompany capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Procurement, and Production teams to integrate current and future capacity requirements into strategic plans.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), cost, and quality, and develop dashboards for senior management.
  • Anticipate and mitigate operational risks and supply bottlenecks, coordinating solutions across functions.
  • Drive the Lean Roadmap within the organization to continuously improve efficiency and performance.

What You Bring

  • Completed study in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or similar), plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Leverage your expertise in supply chain and production planning to optimize global operations, with a focus on strategic capacity and demand planning.
  • Apply your experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and management of complex global processes.
  • Utilize tools like Power BI and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies to deliver actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, critical thinking, and business skills to drive change effectively.
  • Bring experience in customer demand planning and material requirements planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate fluently in English (C-level) and have good German skills.

The LGT Order Management function is dedicated to end-to-end order execution for large gas turbines, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Service. Operating in an international environment, the team is at the forefront of progressing the digital transformation of processes and systems, aiming to sustainably improve quality, delivery performance, and efficiency.
