Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or in ad tech.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently, to engage with clients in the region.
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will cultivate and manage high-impact partnerships, specifically focusing on creators and creator 3Ps. You will be instrumental in building and strengthening relationships with key industry partners, consulting our partners on their YouTube strategy, and meticulously tracking their impact to drive both our mutual success.
Leveraging your expertise in relationship building, negotiation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute to the strategic development of YouTube's partnerships in DE.
