- Strategically plan key business metrics such as revenue, return rates, and discounts down to contribution margin
- Derive monthly targets from the annual business plan and communicate them to teams such as Merchandise Planning and Pricing for optimal management
- Monitor all relevant business and performance metrics and provide concrete recommendations for action
- Prepare cross-team ad-hoc analyses, reports, and dashboards
- Continuously develop, optimize, and automate planning and reporting processes
