What You’ll Do & Who You Are
You’ll join our Strategy & Business Growth team, where you will lead post-merger integration planning and execution across functions including product, technology, GTM, finance, HR, legal, and operations. You will build integration plans, drive synergy initiatives, and establish the governance structures that keep complex cross‑functional programmes on track. You’ll also contribute to strategic growth projects and prepare senior management materials that frame progress, risks, and key decisions. This role spans both strategy and hands‑on execution — from high‑level framing to detailed follow‑up.
Job requirements
- 4–6+ years in M&A Integration, PMO, Transformation, Business Operations, Strategy Consulting, or Corporate Strategy
- Strong ownership and project management: work planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, prioritization, and delivering at pace
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cross‑functional initiatives and push topics to decisions under ambiguity
- Superior stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority and build alignment across senior leaders and teams
- Clear and concise executive communication with the ability to prepare powerful decks, memos, and status updates
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguity and develop practical plans
- Comfort working across both strategic and operational topics, moving from high‑level framing to detailed execution follow‑up
- Proven experience supporting integration, transformation, or enterprise‑wide change initiatives in a structured and hands‑on way
- High degree of independence and judgment, with the ability to run projects with limited guidance
Job responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic growth projects, helping evaluate options and build an actionable roadmap
- Lead post‑merger integration planning and execution, guided by the deal rationale and value creation plan
- Build integration plans across business and functional workstreams, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource needs
- Coordinate end‑to‑end integration execution across functions such as product, technology, GTM, finance, HR, legal, and operations
- Drive implementation and tracking of synergy initiatives and other value‑creation measures defined during deal evaluation and planning
- Establish governance for integration and transformation initiatives, including steering cadences, issue escalation, status reporting, and decision forums
- Support change management and organizational transition topics by clarifying future‑state ways of working, ownership, and interfaces
- Prepare senior management materials with crisp narratives on progress, risks, trade‑offs, and decisions required
- Build and refine integration playbooks, templates, and tracking tools to improve repeatability, quality, and speed across future integrations
