About the Role

We are looking for a Strategy Execution Lead to play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation across the EAME region. Sitting within the Strategy Activation Office, this role is responsible for translating corporate strategy into clear, actionable plans and ensuring disciplined execution at both regional and country levels.

You will act as the execution backbone of transformation initiatives—working closely with country leadership teams to mobilize resources, track progress, remove bottlenecks, and deliver measurable business impact.

This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to regional leadership and global transformation stakeholders.

Based: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Israel

Key Responsibilities

  • Transformation Execution & Governance
  • Drive end-to-end execution of the EAME transformation roadmap
  • Translate strategic decisions into actionable initiatives with clear ownership, milestones, and KPIs
  • Partner closely with Country Heads and leadership teams to align sequencing, resourcing, and priorities
  • Proactively identify and remove execution bottlenecks
  • Own and manage the transformation project platform, ensuring transparency and disciplined tracking
  • Lead regional and cross-country transformation forums, ensuring decision-focused discussions, follow-up, and accountability
  • Performance Monitoring & Impact Tracking
  • Monitor delivery against agreed milestones, outcomes, and KPIs
  • Consolidate country-level execution progress into clear regional insights
  • Identify early risks, delays, or capability gaps and elevate with solution-oriented recommendations

  • Country Heads and local leadership teams
  • EAME Leadership Team
  • EAME Marketing Team (Commercial, Pricing, Portfolio & Planning)
  • Global Transformation stakeholders

Success Measures

  • On-time delivery of transformation initiatives
  • Effectiveness of initiative execution versus plan
  • Country engagement and adoption of transformation initiatives

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience leading regional or multi-country transformation initiatives
  • Strong project and program management experience in complex, multi-country environments
  • Proven track record in strategy execution or transformation delivery
  • Strong commercial mindset with understanding of sales, marketing, and go-to-market dynamics
  • Experience in crop protection or agribusiness is an advantage.
