Your Tasks

• With a steady hand, you keep track of projects and initiatives for the Business Banking & Wholesale Banking Leadership Team, ensuring that topics are successfully advanced across countries and teams.
• You are the direct point of contact for the COO Lead Business Banking & Wholesale Banking and work with her on the development and implementation of strategic concepts.
• As an important interface to national and international stakeholders, you bring together people, ideas, and topics. You prepare international meetings as well as internal communication formats and ensure that complex content is conveyed clearly, effectively, and in a compelling way through impactful presentations.
• Working with numbers, analyses, and reporting is part of your daily business: you derive forward-looking insights and translate them into concrete strategic actions that drive the business area forward.
• You also apply your analytical strengths when working on business cases. With a keen eye for detail, you evaluate new ideas, prepare calculations, and create the foundation for well-informed decision-making.
• You consistently follow up on projects and topics, coordinate closely with teams in Germany and international business units, and ensure that strong concepts are successfully implemented.
• With your eye for improvement, you identify optimization potential in internal processes and support the establishment of more efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Last but not least, you are a valued point of contact for a wide range of BB and WBS topics, contributing your ideas and perspectives to diverse questions and initiatives.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree, ideally with a background in business, economics, or a related field
• Initial experience in project work, preferably in a consulting environment
• Very strong MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Strong affinity for numbers, a business-oriented mindset, and an eye for details without losing sight of the big picture
• Excellent analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex topics
• Strategic mindset, high level of resilience, and the ability to assess stakeholder impacts and define next steps
• Structured way of working and strong time management skills – even under pressure
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach combined with a high level of initiative
• Willingness to travel regularly for business
• The ability to look outside the box and develop sustainable solutions
• Strong communication skills and business-fluent English and German, both written and spoken
