Strategy Project Leader (f/m/d)

Join us as Strategy Project Leader (f/m/d). In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital change - empowering clients worldwide on their digital transformation journeys. You`ll shape the future of industries with impactful management strategies and be part of different projects in Industries units like Automation, Infrastructure, Mobility, Food & Beverage, Energy, Life science and corporate functions.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Strategic Project Engagement: Assume leadership for your projects and collaborate with client management on interdisciplinary, international projects that are important for strategy formulation, implementation, and organizational development
• Client-centric Strategy Development: Design and deploy customized business strategies and roadmaps, working in tandem with our clients to meet their specific goals.
• Analytical Insight Generation: Dive into client demands, perform comprehensive market, competitive, and financial analyses, to craft strategic advice and groundbreaking solutions for client success.
• Client Interaction and Executive Presentation: Communicate project insights and strategies directly to management, influencing decision-making processes.
• Team Development and Leadership: Nurture both the professional skills and personal growth of team members, improving their ability to contribute to project success.

This is how you'll win us over:

• Education: You hold a Master's degree or equivalent experience with extensive professional experience, including proven leadership responsibility
• Experience & Skills: At least seven years of professional experience in management consulting, renowned industrial companies, or start-ups, with in-depth consulting expertise and industry knowledge.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills combined with a strong entrepreneurial perspective.
• Demonstrated track record in leading, developing, and mentoring project teams to achieve excellence.
• Ways of working: You work in a structured, customer-focused, and collaborative manner, thriving in dynamic and interdisciplinary environments
• Languages: You are business fluent in both Spanish and English, German is nice to have
