The Corporate Talent Management function at Munich Re serves as a centre of excellence, driving the strategic design and continuous enhancement of our talent framework worldwide. This internship position sits within the Corporate Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team and plays a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent, thereby ensuring our global success.
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and proactive Student Intern (m/f/d) for a full-time, paid internship lasting at least six months. As part of the team, you will be involved in shaping global employer branding initiatives and will gain hands‑on experience and insights across a broad range of talent acquisition topics.
Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence‑/work permit. Additionally, you should not have completed your first master's degree before/during the internship.
