Our team is lean, which means you'll work closely with decision makers, not buried in a large analyst pool.

What You'll Do

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and approach promising investment targets as part of our deal origination process
• Deal Execution: Analyze products, markets, competitors, and business models during due diligence processes
• Portfolio Management: Track KPIs and support the board work of the investment team
• Data & Tools: Work with and improve internal and external data tools and workflows
• Ad Hoc: Jump in on ad hoc analyses, internal presentations, etc. whenever needed

Who We're Looking For

• Ideally at the start of your Master's or end of your Bachelor’s program in Business, Finance, or a quantitative/technical discipline
• Sharp analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented way of thinking
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude. You can take initiative to drive outcomes
• Clear communicator in both German (business‑fluent) and English (fluent)
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools. Optionally (vibe) coding
• Bonus: prior experience at a PE/VC fund, tech‑focused investment bank, management consultancy, Big 4 deal advisory, or a scaleup/startup
