Your mission

Laying the foundation for successful lead generation

• Maintaining and enriching new leads with relevant information
• Assigning personas in the CRM system
• Ensuring high data quality

Build visibility and acquire qualified leads

• Keyword and competitive research
• Maintaining landing pages and blog articles in the CMS
• Conducting technical SEO checks (e.g., links, redirects, metadata)
• Collaborating on Google Ads campaigns (e.g., keyword targeting, ad optimization)
• Creating regular reports (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio)

Developing leads and building long-term relationships

• Topic research for newsletters and email campaigns
• Assisting with the creation and distribution of newsletters
• Optimizing lead nurturing processes

Your profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business, marketing, or a related field.
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to familiarize yourself with online marketing, compliance, and sustainability
• A proactive and communicative work style—you take initiative, ask questions, provide feedback, and enjoy contributing ideas
• Basic understanding of the most important online marketing channels
• Analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Very good German and good English skills
• Nice to have: Some experience with Typo3, HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, or Excel. If not: No problem—we’ll teach you.
