Overview

Als Studienkoordinator (m/w/d) bist du Teil des Studienkoordinationsteams und unterstützt die reibungslose Organisation und Durchführung klinischer Studien. Du koordinierst Abläufe innerhalb der Studie, stellst eine genaue Dokumentation sicher und arbeitest eng mit den Prüfärzten und dem Studienteam zusammen.

Aufgaben

• Planung und Durchführung von Monitoring-Besuchen sowie Dokumentationsmanagement
• Unterstützung der Studienärzte und Übernahme studienbezogener Patientendokumentation
• Verantwortung für die Medikamentenverwaltung (Hygiene, Temperaturkontrolle)
• Labor- und Materialmanagement sowie Koordination von Untersuchungsbefunden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team zur Optimierung der Patientenrekrutierung

Ihr Profil

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld (Praxis oder Klinik)
• Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Kooperationspartnern
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Erfahrung mit MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Interesse an klinischer Forschung
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Begeisterung für eine flexible Tätigkeit ohne Schichtarbeit
