Responsibilities

• Be responsible for project management during the styling design phase, including the development and implementation of project plans, cost control, and task scheduling.
• Act as the interface with various disciplines, headquarters styling teams, engineering departments, and external suppliers, maintaining effective communication to ensure project progress and design quality.
• Be responsible for budgets, contracts, and other administrative matters related to styling design activities, and participate in operational support activities of the company.
• Assist management and the Design Director in promoting efficient collaboration between the local design team and headquarters design teams.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures, and complete ad-hoc tasks and support as required by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Design or Automotive Design; requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional qualifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in full-vehicle or styling design project management.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required; German or other languages are a plus.
