Role Overview

The Behavior and Conflict Resolution Manager ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive camp environment by addressing camper conflicts and maintaining behavioral accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conflict Resolution: Investigate incidents by interviewing campers and staff, documenting findings, and writing detailed incident reports.
• Parental Communication: Contact parents or guardians to explain incidents and resolutions, fostering understanding and trust.
• Behavior Tracking: Monitor camper behavior trends and maintain detailed reports to address recurring issues. This is especially important if campers are suspended.
• Mediation and Support: Work closely with the Director to mediate conflicts and implement effective behavioral strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in conflict resolution and behavioral management in educational or recreational settings.

Salary: $20 to $38 per max hours before needing extra approval (320 hours)
