Supervisor Analytical Engineering (f/m/d)

• Contribute to the development and expansion of central analytical infrastructure as a foundation for all analytical activities, including data integration, preparation, and metadata enrichment for analytical platforms
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics and AI use cases, including ML prototypes and innovative solutions for KPI reporting
• Perform advanced analyses on structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities
• Translate analytical outputs into actionable insights and recommendations for marketing, product development, and business strategies
• Prepare compelling presentations to stakeholders, including senior management and NSCs, to support decision-making
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, Legal and external partners for project delivery
• Actively promote a culture of innovation and compliance within the analytical engineering team
• Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, and data/AI governance standards

PASSION MEETS POWER -YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years experience in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Sufficient knowledge and experience in analytical engineering, data platforms (Databricks, Power BI), and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and machine learning frameworks
• Capable of solving challenging business questions with tailored analytical solutions
• Experience with data privacy regulations and enterprise data governance
• Ability to think analytical and conceptional paired with flawless communication skills in an international setting
