Summary

This position is in the Office of Finance and Administration, Office of Financial Operations and Management, Research Triangle Park Finance Division, Property and Asset Management Branch. About: Office of Finance and Administration This is an office-centered position--you must physically report to one of the duty stations stated in this announcement on a regular basis (location TBD after candidate selected).

Major Duties

You will: Plan, direct, and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Property and Asset Management Branch, including overseeing and managing the EPA Contractor assigned personal property program. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Provide expert and authoritative advice on the application of accounting principles and the resolution of critical accounting issues directly impacting the personal property management program. You will spend 25-50% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
