Job Description

• Supplier Onboarding & Integration
  • Collaborate with plant procurement, Transportation, and SAP teams to onboard suppliers into systems
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment (Finance, Operations) for smooth transition and order fulfillment
  • Develop supplier performance scorecards and conduct periodic reviews
  • Ason improvement
  • PSM improvement
• Strategic Suppliers' SC Performance monitor and development at Supplier and Plant side
  • Plant supplier Delivery Performance improvement
  • Training of Bensberg & SC Complaints
  • Supplier SCM Performance urgent case support
  • Create and maintain reports relative to supplier SCM performance
• BASE SCM evaluation
  • MMOG/LE consultant to Plants and Suppliers
  • Summarize/escalate Asia SCM operations issues of strategic suppliers to final SCM potential evaluations.
• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor supplier risks (supply disruptions, geopolitical issues) and develop contingency plans.
  • Implement supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives (e.g., local sourcing, carbon footprint reduction).
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation or diversification.
  • SCM Supplier coach: improvement project for cost reduction, and delivery performance improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or similar
• 3–5 years in semiconductor or consumer electronics industry planning team, supplier development, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Strong data analysis (Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation.
• Certifications (Preferred): CSCP, CPSM, or equivalent.
