We are looking for an experienced

Supply Chain Director

who will lead and optimize our global supply chain operations. The role will cover procurement, logistics, production planning, inventory management, supplier identification, audit, establishment and relationship management for all activated carbon, charcoal and associated raw material solutions.

The ideal candidate will have an existing network of global raw material suppliers and industry stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and strategic growth from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the global supply chain strategy, aligning with commercial and operational objectives

Manage procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency

Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and industry stakeholders

Identify, mitigate, and manage supply chain risks, including regulatory and compliance issues

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, costs, and service levels

Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve strategic goals

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align supply chain with business growth

Support new product launches, market expansion, and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

Advanced level English proficiency (written and spoken)

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field

No travel restrictions (frequent international travel may be required)

10–15 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations leadership roles

Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L understanding

Proven experience managing complex, global supply chains

Deep experience in

activated carbon ,

charcoal and associated raw material solutions and sectors including agrobusiness.

Experience managing global supplier networks and large-scale procurement

Track record of optimizing supply chain processes in fast-growing or startup environments

Team leadership and development experience

Knowledge of regulatory and sustainability standards in environmental and activated carbon markets

Strong negotiation, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills
