As a Supply Chain Graduate you will accelerate your development toward leadership roles across our supply chain organisation in Arla.
About the Programme
The 2‑year programme offers an end‑to‑end perspective of supply chain with four 6‑month rotations. You will develop strong project leadership skills while gaining hands‑on experience in logistics, production, planning and engineering & technology. You will work on strategic projects in areas such as digitalisation and sustainability and gain a full perspective of Arla’s supply chain – from farm to fridge.
Your journey begins on 1 September 2026. The programme will run at one of our production sites in Denmark, Sweden, the United Kingdom or Germany. You will spend 18 months at your primary location and a 6‑month rotation abroad.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects that improve safety, quality, service, costs and sustainability.
- Work with data, digitalisation and automation to optimise processes.
- Gain an understanding of the full supply chain.
- Build stakeholder and change‑management leadership skills in diverse, international teams.
Rotations
- First rotation – operations site, production or logistics.
- Second rotation – planning at the same location.
- Third rotation – abroad in engineering & technology.
- Fourth rotation – return to first location, production or logistics.
Qualifications
- Completing or having completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree between September 2024 and September 2026, preferably in supply chain, engineering, food/dairy science, operations, logistics, production or a related field.
- Strong interest in end‑to‑end supply chain with general business acumen and commercial interest an advantage.
- Preferably at least one year of relevant work experience or a minimum of six months of internship experience.
- Globally mobile and willing to go abroad for 6 months during the two‑year programme.
- International experience or cross‑cultural understanding gained from studying or volunteering abroad is a plus.
- Fluent in English; speaking Danish, German or Swedish is an advantage.
