Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager | Medical Technology | Germany (Weil am Rhein area)

I’m exclusively partnering with an established medical technology company based in the Weil am Rhein region, who are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Manager to support continued site growth.

This is a hands-on, site-based role with responsibility across production planning, material flow, capacity planning and end-to-end supply chain processes within a regulated manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with operations, planning, logistics and suppliers, with real ownership over how the supply chain operates day to day.

Key focus areas include: • Production, material and capacity planning at site level • ERP-driven planning processes (SAP or similar) and master data • Identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous process improvements • Collaboration with suppliers and global supply chain teams

They’re looking to speak with candidates who have: • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable field • Several years’ experience in supply chain or production planning within manufacturing • Exposure to medical devices, pharma or precision manufacturing environments • Strong ERP experience and a pragmatic, hands-on mindset • Fluent German and English
