Your responsibilities

Management of a materials portfolio from demand planning through to procurement planning using planning software and SAP
Planning and scheduling based on forecasting, analysis of inventory and consumption data and derivation of appropriate actions
Coordination with Master Data, Production, Procurement and Product Management to ensure alignment on planning assumptions
Gathering, evaluating and prioritising requirements from specialist departments to develop decision‑making proposals
Analysis, documentation and visualisation of planning and process workflows in the context of cross‑functional initiatives
Harmonisation of data and material structures across ERP‑systems
Preparation of complex topics for different target audiences through analyses and visualisations
Participation in SCP‑related projects with a consulting focus on structures and consolidation into key messages

Your profile

Completed degree in business administration or a vocational qualification
Several years of professional experience in supply chain planning or related SCM functions
Practical experience with Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) systems is an advantage
In‑depth expertise in planning, e.g. materials planning, forecasting and inventory management
Confident use of MS Office as well as visualisation tools such as Miro or Visio
Fluent in English and very good German skills
Strong analytical and structured mindset combined with quick comprehension and a hands‑on mentality
Proactive team player with a strong understanding of processes and the ability to initiate improvements in a structured manner
Intercultural competence, strong organisational skills, paired with a confident manner and solution‑oriented communication and execution skills
