Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

Our partner company is a leading pan-European ecosystem for fashion and lifestyle e-commerce, dedicated to combining operational excellence with a circular mindset. For their Packaging Team in Berlin, we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist.

The position is fixed-term until the end of the year, offering an intensive opportunity to make a lasting impact in a market-leading company.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for planning and coordinating the supply chain You organize and create daily orders for suppliers and for the warehouses to ensure the availability of packaging materials in different countries within Europe You take responsibility for selecting and ordering the articles (Inventory & supply management) You communicate efficiently with the main stakeholders from Logistics, Merchandising and Assortment You support the Assortment team creating curated campaigns for our customers You Report and solve issues with automatic order processing as well as creating manual orders upon request

Your Profile

You have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field Ideally you already have first work experiences within category management, supply chain or buying Very good stakeholder management and inventory management skills combined with strong problem-solver and analytical competences characterize you Analytical and economic thinking skills are among your strengths and you already have knowledge of Excel and experience in ERP (SAP) You have interest in a mix of routine tasks, ad-hoc & long-term tasks with a huge room to share and come up with your own ideas Hands-on-mentality and a structured way of working counting as your strongest behaviors Furthermore you have excellent communication skills and business fluent English skills
