Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Supply & Production Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating inbound/outbound material flows and production scheduling for the Hamburg multi‑oils refinery. The role ensures optimal supply chain performance, cost control, and high customer service standards by managing short‑term planning horizons (1–4 weeks for supply, 1–7 days for production) and resolving operational bottlenecks.

Key Accountabilities

Create and execute short‑term supply and production plans, including sequencing for 14 production lines, inventory management, and cycle stock planning, monitoring bottlenecks and developing solutions.
Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during disruptions; manage communication and solution development.
Track KPIs (cost, complaints), identify gaps, and lead improvement projects to strengthen customer approach and margins.
Drive cost control by optimizing the network across multiple oil refineries, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Work experience in supply and production planning within a plant/production environment.
Fluent English and German (daily work in both languages).
Practical knowledge of the SAP system.
Strong planning and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to manage change and ambiguity.
Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration in virtual teams.
High adaptability and accountability in dynamic environments.
Business acumen and priority setting.
