Sweet & Dry Beverages Portfolio Execution Manager

Your Role

The Sweet & Dry Beverages Portfolio Execution Manager (full-time, limited to 18 months) is responsible for executing the product portfolio life cycle and maintaining a best-in-class Flavor and Ingredients portfolio. The role works closely with Strategic Portfolio Value Chain, Request Coordinators, and Market Cluster Portfolio Managers, supporting customer tastings and proactive portfolio initiatives to ensure portfolio relevance and competitiveness.

Portfolio Life Cycle Execution

• Execute and manage product portfolio across all life cycle stages

• Align portfolio activities with strategic priorities and governance guidelines

Customer & Project Tastings

• Participate in tastings for customer-driven and proactive projects

• Support portfolio positioning with product and application knowledge

Portfolio Data Management

• Maintain and update product data, including 6-digit codes, new product entries, status changes, and background information

• Ensure accurate portfolio documentation

Portfolio Updates & Coordination

• Collaborate with Request Coordination Team by supporting the product selection in the Brief to Contract Process and to evaluate portfolio needs: new products, commercial enhancements, repositioning, updates, or removals

• Escalate relevant topics to Strategic Portfolio or cross-functional teams

Complexity Reduction

• Identify portfolio complexity reduction opportunities and implement improvements in collaboration with Strategic Portfolio Team

Promotions & Sell Sheet Review

• Support Category Clusters and Strategic Portfolio in promotional campaigns

• Review sell sheets for accuracy, completeness, and portfolio alignment

Product Reservations

• Enter and review product reservations submitted by Sales and Customer Service

About You

• Vocational training (Ausbildung) or higher education in Food Science / Food Technology or Commercial / Business-related field

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• German language skills mandatory

• Experience in food and flavor industry, including flavor, ingredients, or application roles

• Strong analytical and structured working style

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proficiency in digital tools for data management and project coordination (Advanced Excel)

• Portfolio or product life cycle management experience

• Project management experience in cross-functional environments
