System Administrator (m/f/d)

Work Location: Eberswalde
Type of Employment: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

User Support: Receive, record, and handle user requests (incidents, inquiries, consulting), diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, advise employees on using IT services.

Workstation Management: Setup and support of Windows and application software.

Access and Account Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts; assign access rights to systems and resources (AD, M365, business systems); ensure compliance with the principle of least privilege.

Server and Basic Infrastructure Support: Basic server administration; monitor network services (DNS, DHCP, file servers, etc.); monitor system status and respond to incidents.

Documentation and Inventory: Maintain knowledge base, FAQs, user guides, and document typical incidents and solutions; manage IT equipment and software inventory (licensing, tracking).

Information Security (Operational Level): Ensure compliance with the company’s information security and IT policies; monitor OS and software updates, antivirus protection; respond to suspicious incidents and escalate to responsible personnel.

Your Profile:

German B1, English B1 desirable, Russian or Ukrainian.

Knowledge of Windows 10–11, Windows Server 2022–2025, Ubuntu and CentOS families.

Practical experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization systems.

Knowledge and practical skills in managing Active Directory, file servers, NPS infrastructure.

Knowledge and practical skills in managing Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.

Basic knowledge of network devices from Cisco, Ubiquiti, Hikvision.
