Participate in Concept Studies, Proof-of-Concept Designs, and Product Development
Design and document high-performance computing systems tailored to specific customer requirements
Technical Interface to in-house development, partners, and suppliers
Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Functional Safety, and Test experts
Evaluation and selection of HPC technologies, including processors, functional peripherals, and storage solutions
Conduct performance analysis and tuning to maximize system efficiency and throughput
Ensure the reliability, availability, expandability, and maintainability of HPC systems
Support of developers to clarify architectural and design questions
Support development of safety concepts

Your profile:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Experience as a System Architect with a focus on high-performance computing
In-depth knowledge of HPC hardware components, including CPUs & GPUs
Knowledge in Car-Infotainment-Development beneficial
Very good knowledge of the full cycle of embedded system development
Familiarity with hypervisor, containerization, and orchestration technologies are welcomed
Experience with machine learning and AI workloads in HPC environments are welcomed
Well-founded knowledge in development methodologies (CMMI, Automotive SPICE), here focus on ASPICE – SYS.1, SYS.2, partly SYS.3 and experience in the use of tools for requirements management, system-architecture, and design
Fluent English skills, German is a plus
