About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Embedded Software / Systems & Applications Engineer to support the development of cutting-edge robotic and AI-based solutions for the automotive industry. In this mid-level role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, debugging, and optimization of embedded software and system-level solutions that enable advanced autonomous and ADAS functionalities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and a diverse sensor stack to deliver real-world autonomous driving features.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize algorithms for robotics and ADAS applications, including AEB, ACC, sensor calibration, and radar-based AI solutions Implement and debug embedded and real-time software using C++ and Python Develop modular, scalable robotics software using ROS / ROS2 Integrate and interface with sensors such as radar, LiDAR, cameras, and IMUs, ensuring accurate calibration and synchronization Develop and maintain real-time networking solutions between ECUs, sensors, and compute units (Ethernet, CAN, UDP/TCP) Collaborate with hardware, systems, and validation teams to ensure system stability and performance Perform in-depth debugging, profiling, and root-cause analysis of embedded systems Support system-level testing, validation, and technical documentation Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and software quality improvements
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 3+ years of professional experience in embedded software development, robotics, or automotive systems Strong proficiency in C++ and Python, including real-time and multithreaded applications Hands-on experience with ROS / ROS2 Solid understanding of ADAS systems, embedded technologies, and AI-based perception Experience with computer vision, radar and camera processing Knowledge of sensor calibration, synchronization, and sensor fusion techniques Familiarity with networking protocols and debugging tools (e.g. Wireshark, CAN analyzers) Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams
