The ISCC PLUS team of experts is looking forward to welcoming you as a System Manager – ISCC PLUS (Traceability & CoC) at the ISCC headquarters in Cologne.

The System Manager – ISCC PLUS (Traceability & CoC) is responsible for driving the upscaling of ISCC PLUS certifications, developing and improving the ISCC PLUS system with regard to new legislation and market requirements, increasing recognition and market share – with a strong focus on traceability and chain of custody.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL BE:

• Provide technical expertise to further develop the ISCC PLUS scheme and its implementation, focusing on traceability and chain of custody.
• Develop and revise ISCC PLUS System Documents and other relevant documents.
• Develop training curriculum and materials, and conduct trainings for all ISCC PLUS users (Certification Bodies, auditors, System Users, and other stakeholders).
• Provide technical support for all users (and potential users) for their understanding and implementation of ISCC PLUS certification requirements in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with regulatory developments and ISO standards related to traceability and chain of custody.
• Carry out benchmarking as well as develop and manage pilot projects.
• Represent ISCC at external events such as conferences and stakeholder meetings.

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in bioenergy, chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental sciences, mechanical engineering, or material science.
• At least 2 years of professional experience after graduation, preferably related to circular economy, bio economy, auditing, certification systems or similar.
• Proven professional experience in project management.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent language skills in English (at least C1); additional language skills are an advantage.
• High degree of initiative and independent working style.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous process improvement within the company.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
