Your mission

We are currently looking for a System Test Engineer to join our team in Haaksbergen. In this role, you will take responsibility for ensuring that complex systems and integrated products meet all requirements through detailed testing, validation, and verification activities.

Key Responsibilities

• System-Level Testing
  Plan, execute, and document system-level tests for integrated products and solutions. You’ll make sure all components—hardware, software, and tooling—work seamlessly together under realistic operating conditions. Testing is done both manually and from within our Robot Framework test environment.
• Writing Automated Tests in Robot Framework
  Define and implement test scenarios based on system specifications, use cases, and customer requirements. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner, Software Developer, and Test Engineer to design and implement these scenarios.
• Integration & Performance Testing
  Conduct integration testing to validate the interoperability of system components. Perform performance testing to assess responsiveness, stability, scalability, and reliability under various conditions.
• Behavior-Driven Testing
  Work according to Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles when writing automated test scenarios in Robot Framework. Collaboration with the development team is key.

Your Profile

• ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• ✔ 1–3 years of experience in software or system testing, preferably with integrated systems.
• ✔ Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• ✔ ISTQB Foundation, TMap Suite certification and Model Based Testing is a plus.
